Port Fairy Men's Health Forum

The Rotary Club of Port Fairy has joined the Lions Club of Port Fairy-Belfast and the Port Fairy Men's Shed in sponsoring a Men's Health Forum at 7.30pm Thursday 27th November 2014 in the Moyne Shire Community Services Centre in Atkinson Street, Port Fairy. Download Men's Health Forum flyer
This is a collaborative effort by the three organisations - all of whom have a vested interest in maintaining men's health. The forum will feature speakers from Beyond Blue, Ambulance Victoria, Peter's Project and the Port Fairy Medical Centre. There will also be short case studies presented by local Port Fairy identities. A focus of the evening will be on depression, prostate cancer and dealing with the early symptoms of stroke.
The forum is open to all and is free of charge. Men of all ages and women are invited to attend. Moyne Health SErvice professionals will also be on hand from 6.30pm to provide one-on-one advice on various health issues. The evening is expected to close around 9.15pm after a supper is served.
