Every summer Port Fairy Rotary raffles a painting by well-known local artist Wilma Preston. The Club thanks Wilma for her generous donation of the painting which once again proved a popular prize with both locals and visitors. Many thanks also to all the ticket sellers especially Margaret Broers who put in a shift at every Community Market held over January.
The lucky winner was Bronwyn Davies of Melbourne. The painting was awarded to a delighted Bronwyn and her husband by President Tony Bawden. Bronwyn commented that Wilma's painting will take pride of place in their holiday home.
